Lane’s End stallions are available for viewing at the stallion complex from November 5th to November 11th, 11am to 2pm daily.

Lane’s End announced today its 2019 stallion roster and stud fees. After a successful 2018 for their current stallions and the addition of three exciting new stallions, the farm looks forward to next year with a roster that includes its long-standing, proven stallions as well as its strong lineup of young up and comers.

Quality Road, the top North American sire by Grade 1 winners and leading fifth-crop sire, will stand the 2019 season for $150,000 at Lane’s End Farm. The sire had an outstanding season with leading runners Abel Tasman, Bellafina, City of Light, Spring Quality and Salty.

The Factor, who spent the 2018 breeding season at JBBA Shizunai Stallion Station in Hokkaido, Japan, will return to Lane’s End Farm for 2019 for a fee of $15,000. The Factor is the leading third-crop sire in North America by cumulative black-type winners with 12 and black-type horses with 26. In 2018, he secures his place as #1 third-crop sire with 17 black-type horses and over $5.3 million in earnings.

Three new stallions will join the 2019 roster in Accelerate, City of Light and West Coast. Accelerate is a four-time Grade 1 winner with 12 triple-digit Beyer Speed Figures to his name. City of Light is the best son of Quality Road with graded wins from seven furlongs to 1 1/8 miles, including back-to-back Grade 1 scores. Multiple Grade 1-winning West Coast was named Champion Three-Year-Old Colt last season and has amassed over $5 million in earnings. Stud fees for Accelerate, City of Light and West Coast will be announced at a later date.
